We want you to love your purchase from Unthreaded Keepsakes — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or custom-designed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
📸 Send a clear photo of the item (and packaging if damaged) to: unthreadedkeepsakes@gmail.com
We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or store credit.

❗ What’s Not Covered:

  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (please refer to our size charts carefully before purchasing)

  • Items washed, worn, or altered

  • Clearance or sale items (final sale)

🕒 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we can no longer cancel the order.
