1. 👤 Eligibility

You must be:

  • Using the site under supervision if under the age of 18.

By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. 🛍️ Products & Services

We offer handmade and printed apparel, digital transfers, and other related merchandise.
All products are:

  • Priced in USD

  • Described to the best of our ability (due to handmade nature, slight variations may occur)

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or refuse orders

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Set quantity restrictions on bulk or wholesale orders

3. 📦 Orders, Shipping, & Delivery

a) Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., during sales or holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping time.

b) Shipping

  • We ship using USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information.

c) Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 5 days of delivery at unthreadedkeepsakes@gmail.com with photos and order information.

4. 🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of order placement. After that, we begin preparing your order and cannot cancel.

5. 💳 Payment Terms

We accept payment through:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Major credit/debit cards

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

6. 🎨 Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Handmade items (such as tie-dye or custom prints) may have unique variances

These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

All content on the site — including logos, product images, designs, graphics, text, and code — is the exclusive property of Unthreaded Keepsakes or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
