At Unthreaded Keepsakes, we take great pride in creating high-quality handmade and printed items and delivering them safely to your doorstep. Please read our full Shipping Policy to understand how we handle fulfillment, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

1. 🧵 Order Fulfillment & Processing Times

Because many of our items are handmade, tie-dyed, or printed in-house, our processing times reflect the care that goes into each order.

Standard Processing Time:

  • 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed during major sales, launches, or promotions may require up to 10 business days due to increased volume

If an order experiences a delay beyond 10 business days, we will contact you directly.

2. 💳 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with your order details

  • A shipping notification with tracking info once your order ships

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or email us at unthreadedkeepsakes@gmail.com.

3. 📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship exclusively within the United States using the following carriers:

  • USPS First Class Mail (under 1 lb): 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • UPS Ground (on request or for large orders): 3–5 business days

Notes:

  • Delivery times begin after your order has shipped

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, etc.) are beyond our control

4. 💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on the weight, size, and destination of your package.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping promotions

  • Free shipping thresholds during limited-time events (announced via our email list or social media)

5. 🚫 Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Reshipping fees if the item is returned to us as undeliverable

If you made an error, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

6. 📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our hands and is scanned by the shipping carrier, we no longer control its transit.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier that are missing or stolen

  • Delays caused by the carrier (weather, holidays, transit strikes)

  • Lost or damaged items once shipped

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors, your local post office, or other household members.

  2. Wait 48 hours from the “delivered” scan — packages sometimes arrive late.

  3. If still missing, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. 📦 Packaging & Sustainability

We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your order and may reuse or recycle shipping supplies when possible to minimize environmental impact.

Items may arrive in:

  • Polymailers

  • Recycled boxes

  • Protective inner sleeves (for transfers or delicate items)

8. 🔄 Split Shipments & Preorders

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order or preorder items:

  • We may split your shipment at no extra cost

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if items ship separately

Preorder and restock turnaround times will be noted in the product description.

9. 🧾 Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, they enter the production queue and we cannot guarantee any changes.
